Each week you'll have access to new 60 minute Pilates videos to complete at your convenience.
Follow the 10 week series through in order starting with Series One, or if you're already familiar with Pilates or if you just prefer to vary things up, you can choose to mix and match your classes or series throughout the weeks adding in Theraband, Small Ball or Swiss Ball from our equipment series too. There's plenty of variety to choose from!!
Each week has level 1 or 2 options to cater from a beginner to more advanced so you can progress across the series as you improve your strength and stability.
The 60 minute videos are broken down into segments by muscle group and with handy chapter markers so you can go straight to the sections you want or pick up where you left off, meaning you can do as much or as little, as often, as you prefer!
