Friday 4pm onwards Check into your room and make yourself at home
Feel free to rest, wander around the lovely gardens, check out the local area or relax in the spa
6pm Welcome drinks connect and chat before our grazing table together at 7pm
Introduction to the retreat and expectations for the weekend ahead with Hollie
Saturday
Breakfast will be available anytime from 7-8.30am
At 9am we will kick off the official start to our retreat with - of course - Pilates!!🤗
Followed by refreshments and a break for morning tea
Our first workshop "Let's get to the core of it" with Hollie will start mid morning
Lunch together at midday
At 1pm we have our afternoon Mindfulness workshop with guest speaker Tenika Reihana from Uncover Inspiration, providing an introduction to mindfulness and practical tools to mindful thinking which will unlock your 'superwoman' powers for the benefit of both yourself or your loved ones on your return home!
Followed by afternoon tea
We will finish the afternoon with a more core focused Pilates workout to put all your new knowledge into practice!
Free time to relax and unwind or if you're still bursting with energy, enjoy a walk in the forest or the surrounds, or pop down to the local Green Man Cafe & Bar for a drink before dinner
Saturday Night
We will rejoin at 7pm for a lovely dinner prepared by Pennie our host and enjoy the evening together
(non alcoholic drinks will be provided but feel free to BYO alcoholic beverages to enjoy with dinner if you wish)
Sunday
Start the day with the phenomenal beauty of the sounds of the Peel Forest dawn chorus and a sunrise time of reflection (optional)
OR enjoy a well deserved sleep in 😴
Breakfast will be available from 7-9am
Our morning Pilates session will start at 9.30am
Followed by refreshments for morning tea
Late morning we will have our final workshop "How to live and breathe well" with Hollie
Lunch together
After lunch we will head into the natural beauty of the rainforest and giant podocarp trees of Peel Forest Reserve for a walk (varying lengths are available) and a time of relaxation amidst the peaceful serenity of the forest
We will finish the afternoon with a Pilates Stretch session and a time of reflection together to bring our retreat to a close at 4pm
