Friday 4pm onwards 
Check into your room and make yourself at home
Feel free to rest, wander around the lovely gardens, check out the local area or relax in the spa
6pm Welcome drinks connect and chat before our grazing table together at 7pm
Introduction to the retreat and expectations for the weekend ahead with Hollie

Saturday 
Breakfast will be available anytime from 7-8.30am
At 9am we will kick off the official start to our retreat with - of course - Pilates!!🤗
Followed by refreshments and a break for morning tea
Our first workshop "Let's get to the core of it" with Hollie will start mid morning
Lunch together at midday
At 1pm we have our afternoon Mindfulness workshop with guest speaker Tenika Reihana from Uncover Inspiration, providing an introduction to mindfulness and practical tools to mindful thinking which will unlock your 'superwoman' powers for the benefit of both yourself or your loved ones on your return home!
Followed by afternoon tea
We will finish the afternoon with a more core focused Pilates workout to put all your new knowledge into practice!
Free time to relax and unwind or if you're still bursting with energy, enjoy a walk in the forest or the surrounds, or pop down to the local Green Man Cafe  & Bar for a drink before dinner

Saturday Night
We will rejoin at 7pm for a lovely dinner prepared by Pennie our host and enjoy the evening together 
(non alcoholic drinks will be provided but feel free to BYO alcoholic beverages to enjoy with dinner if you wish)

Sunday
Start the day with the phenomenal beauty of the sounds of the Peel Forest dawn chorus and a sunrise time of reflection (optional) 
OR enjoy a well deserved sleep in 😴
Breakfast will be available from 7-9am
Our morning Pilates session will start at 9.30am
Followed by refreshments for morning tea
Late morning we will have our final workshop "How to live and breathe well" with Hollie
Lunch together
After lunch we will head into the natural beauty of the rainforest and giant podocarp trees of Peel Forest Reserve for a walk (varying lengths are available) and a time of relaxation amidst the peaceful serenity of the forest
We will finish the afternoon with a Pilates Stretch session and a time of reflection together to bring our retreat to a close at 4pm

Hollie Turner

Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Hollie has worked as a Physiotherapist for 20+ years in multiple rehabilitation settings both nationally and internationally in the UK and Australia before returning to New Zealand in 2012.   
After realising her passion for Pilates she completed her training as a Pilates Instructor and founded HTPilatesPlus in 2013 where she has been instructing Pilates classes and coaching privately for the past 8 years. 
After experiencing first hand the effects of muscle dysfunction and pain following an accident where she was knocked from her bike by a car and subsequently the healing power of Pilates to restore movement, strengthen key muscles and keep pain at bay, Hollie has never looked back.
She has made it her life work to help women (and some men) to grow in strength and confidence in their own bodies, through Pilates, so they can be equipped for busy lives to do the things they NEED and LOVE to do!
Hollie is also certified in Ante and Post natal Pilates and is a member of the Women's and Men's Pelvic Health Special Interest group through Physiotherapy New Zealand.
Her focus is on strengthening the muscles of the core and to help women suffering from low back pain, recurrent injuries or other stability related concerns, particularly postpartum.
In 2020 Hollie took HTPilatesPlus online with the goal of reaching more women by bringing Pilates classes to them wherever they were and whatever the time!
Understanding that time is precious and life, work and family are a balancing act that at times need to be juggled with flexibility but also recognising the importance for every woman in taking time out of her day to reconnect with her body, to strengthen and tone, breathe deeply and have the endurance that she needs for a busy life.... 
Hollie created HTPilatesPlus online particularly for women who struggle to get to a class, live remotely or just need flexible hours in their busy seasons of life! 
HTPilatesPlus focuses on strengthening the muscles of the abdominals & back, the postural muscles of the neck and shoulders, the stability muscles of the hips and knees and on correct activation of the deep core and pelvic floor region. 
All classes include elements of flexibility, coordination and balance and are designed so that women can rebuild strength and stability in any areas of weakness and remain injury free both now and for the future!  

Tenika Reihana

Before moving to NZ 3 years ago, Tenika spent 7 years in remote Western Australia working in Aboriginal Health before transitioning over to Managing the Alcohol & Drug Counselling Services throughout the Western Desert. Tenika then moved to Perth where she worked in a Mindful Parenting Program combined with Drug and Alcohol Counselling.
After working with countless men, women and children in these roles and witnessing first-hand the pressures of mum life, work/life balance, parenting and navigating positive relationships, Tenika soon realised one common theme in every household (including her own) -
If the mum is ok everyone is ok
But if the mum's wheels started to fall off, it wasn’t long before the husband and children came crashing down with her. Through the launch of 'Uncover Inspiration', Tenika has made it her mission in life to create sustainable change by empowering what she likes to call 'CEO's of the household' to not only manage the stress and overwhelm of their day to day duties but to learn to love themselves and their family lives too.
