Over the 2 days you’ll learn how to find and activate muscles you may have long forgotten and learn how to breathe well again through our workshops and Pilates sessions. Your mind will be equipped for calm through our mindfulness teaching and the practice of relaxation so that you can reset your thinking amidst the busyness of your daily lives.
There will be time for connection with other women or refreshing time out for yourself to reflect and relax in the beautiful surrounds of the lodge or the greater Peel Forest area where rainforest and walking tracks abound.
