Each week you'll have access to two approximately 35 minute Physiotherapist prescribed Prenatal Pilates videos labelled by trimester week from 13 through to 27 for Trimester Two and 28 through to 40 weeks for Trimester Three to complete at your convenience.  
With 30 videos in total across the 15 weeks of Trimester Two and 26 videos across the 13 weeks of Trimester Three you can ensure you'll be as strong and stable as you can be to carry your precious cargo well and to keep those niggly pregnancy aches and pains at bay as your body and your bump continues to change and grow.

Each week has level 1 or 2 exercise options so you can progress across the series as you improve your strength and stability or so you can drop back a level if you're feeling more tired on some days than others on your prenatal journey.

The videos have handy chapter markers by muscle groups so you can go straight to the sections you want, to target particular problem areas of your body more frequently, or so you can pick up where you left off if you run short on time.... meaning you can do as much or as little,  as often as you prefer!


The Prenatal series contains exercises from across my 5 Matwork, plus Theraband and Ball Equipment Series with prenatal modifications, so there's plenty of variety for you to choose from.

Exercise progressions are incorporated across each series so you can be sure you will always have an ongoing challenge!
